Rebar’s primary role is to enhance concrete’s tensile capacity, as concrete alone is weak under tension. Our bars achieve:

Tensile Strength: 500–600 MPa yield point, exceeding standard requirements for bridges, highways, and high-rises.
Bend Strength: Capable of cold bending without cracking, crucial for complex structural designs.

Rebar grades are stamped for traceability:

B500B: Compliant with BS4449:2005, ideal for general construction.
HRB500E: “E” denotes seismic compliance, with enhanced elongation (≥10%) and weldability.

Use the formula:

where $D$ = rebar diameter in mm. For example:

12mm rebar: $1 2^{2} /162 = 0.888 kg/m$ .
Mass tolerance is strictly controlled within ±4.5%.
